To use the Eyden Wearable Dilator Set effectively, follow these steps:

1. Before using this product, consult with your healthcare professional for advice.

2. Find a quiet, relaxing, and private place where you won't be disturbed.

3. Lie back and relax.

4. Apply water-based lubricant to cover the outside of the dilator.

5. Position the dilator at the opening of the vagina and gently insert it until you feel any resistance or discomfort while tensing your pelvic muscles. As you relax, try pushing the dilator in further until you feel resistance.

6. Keep in mind that when you're not aroused, the vagina is naturally shorter. When planning for intercourse, the dilator may only go in a few inches - this is normal. If you can only insert it 1 inch (or less), simply relax for a minute before attempting further insertion. If it becomes painful, do not push any farther and consult your healthcare provider.

7. Avoid contracting your pelvic floor muscles while using the dilator. For optimal stretching, gently press the dilator against each side of the vagina.

8. If any part of the vaginal wall feels tender or tight, gently press the dilator into that area and hold it for a few seconds to allow the tissue to stretch. Afterward, leave the dilator in place while staying relaxed with your hand supporting it - it may slowly slip out over time, which is normal.

9. To maximize benefits, keep the dilator inserted for 10 minutes at least three times a week.
