Welcome to Tingly! By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Ordering and Payment

  • Payment: All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as available at checkout.

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-ordering allows you to reserve upcoming products before they are available for regular purchase. Payment is required at the time of pre-order. Please note:

    • Pre-order items have estimated shipping dates indicated on the product page. These dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
    • Your payment method will be charged immediately upon placing a pre-order.
    • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately unless specified otherwise.
    • You can cancel your pre-order before it ships for a full refund. Contact us at info@tingly.co.nz with your order number to cancel.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Information: Orders placed before 12 PM on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We accept returns for products covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act, such as manufacturing faults. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted if you received the wrong item or if the exchange is covered under consumer protection laws. Please read our sizing information carefully as we cannot exchange products due to sizing issues.

Product Warranty

  • Warranty Period: Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty period as specified on the product page. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Tingly is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
